Eligibility

• The competition is open to hotels and tourism businesses worldwide.
• Hotel owners, administrators, and representatives are all eligible to enter.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Sign up on the Tripvlog landing page: https://getstarted.tripvlog.com/
2. Follow Tripvlog’s social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X and LinkedIn.
3. Like and share the competition post on our LinkedIn page.
4. BONUS: Share a video promoting your hotel and tag Tripvlog for an additional entry on any social media platform.
5. Each entry is subject to approval, and participants must complete all required steps to be eligible for the competition.

Competition Period

• The competition runs from 1 April 2025 to 31 August 2025.
• The winner will be announced on 15 September 2025.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize pack:

• A 2-year freemium Tripvlog hotel subscription.
• 1-month paid social media partnership (actively promoting the winning hotel).
• 3 months of banner ads on the Tripvlog app.
• A professional photoshoot of the hotel.
• A feature in a travel publication (spotlight article in a magazine or blog).
• An audit or mini website revamp for the hotel.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Content Usage
Tripvlog may reuse, repurpose, and distribute shared content at its discretion for the promotion of the brand.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected based on the completion of all entry requirements and chosen at random.
• Tripvlog’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification

• The winner will be notified via email and on social media by the announcement date.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
• By entering, participants consent to Tripvlog contacting them for promotional purposes in the future.

General Terms

• The competition is not endorsed by, sponsored, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
• Tripvlog reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
